Floating Birthday card

While at Backstage (an event for demonstrtors) I participated in a Birthday card swap. The organizer of the swap, Lauren Ubonas, shared a cute card using the Beautiful Balloons Collection, with a technique I call floating strips of DSP. Here's my version of her card.

Measurements:

Blueberry Bushel 8 1/2" x 5 1/2"

scored @ 4 1/4"

Basic White 5 1/4" x 4" (inside) & scrap

Foil Acetate 5 1/4" x 4"

DSP 3/4" strips & scraps
