Fancy Fold Inside card

First thing, my card needs a better name. If you know what this fancy fold style is called, please let me know!! lol

Then after the video, I added Wink of Stella to my flowers and bug. That little touch of bling looks so much better!! Thanks to Beverly Derringer for the inspiration!!
